Shipping

All shipping rates will vary depending on a few different factors, some of which include:

  • Domestic vs International shipments
  • Total weight of package

We ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for ANY fees required by customs for any reason. All shipping fees we require will be clearly shown to you alongside the service and estimated transit time upon checkout.

Orders will normally ship within 10 -14 business days after you order.

*NOTE: during restocks, new releases, pre-sales, mystery boxes and special promotions, orders may take 10 business days to ship out.*

Please allow  2-3 business days for your tracking number to update once you receive your tracking number via email.

You will receive an email with the tracking information to the email address you used at checkout, once the order ships.

Pre-Sale orders may take up to 15 business days to ship out, as Henry personally signs each one and you are getting the product before it is released to the general public for sale.

Transit times depends on USPS and will vary based upon a few different conditions, including but not limited to:

  • Total distance between us and you.
  • Whether your parcel is a domestic (USA) or international (everywhere else) shipment

 

ESTIMATED transit times are as follows: 

Domestic Shipping: USPS First Class: may take up to 3-5 business days.

International Shipping: (Does NOT account for time spent in customs, border inspection facilities, etc.): may take up to 10-15 business days.

**Please make sure to enter your correct shipping address at checkout or your order may be delayed. If you need to change your address after ordering, you have 24 hours to contact us so we can try and fix it. Even with that, we DO NOT guarantee being able to change the address before it ships. **

***Once your order is shipped, it is out of our hands and the responsibility of the courier, and we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after being scanned delivered.***

****Refusing to purchase shipping insurance forfeits the customer’s rights to make any future claims or file any grievances concerning the goods purchased, including lost or stolen packages.****

Returns Policy

Please email our team at info@hankandhenry.net to initiate your return. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item for store-credit in the form of a digital gift card. You are responsible of covering the cost of returning your items on your own. You will need to put your original order number on your package and pay for tracking add-on for us to speed up the return process. Once we receive your return, please allow 5 days for store credit to be issued in the form of a gift card. There is a 10% restocking fee on all items that are being returned. The remaining amount will be credited to the customer's account in form of a GIFT CARD ONLY. 

- Shipping Costs and Shipping insurance is not refunded. 


-No Returns/Exchanges allowed on the following:

  • Swimwear
  • Undergarments
  • Mystery items
  • Sunglasses
  • Holiday/Seasonal Items

All clothing and accessories are custom print on demand pieces that are sent to production as customers order. Since these items are print on demand we are unable to issue exchanges. If any item doesn't work out it can be exchanged for store credit. 

Due to the global pandemic we will not be able to accept returns at this time, if there is a manufacturing defect, please send a picture of the item and your packing slip to Info@HankandHenry.net.

Returned products are properly disposed of or recycled. We can only issue a refund in the form of store credit.

Please note:

***Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept exchange or returns on non-faulty items so please choose carefully! Return for refund policy is not applicable for wrong color or product choice for purchases made online. We do not refund for a change of mind. Items cannot be returned that have been purchased from other retailers. Please contact the retailer you purchased your product with directly. A refund is not available if the customer bought them for someone else who doesn’t want them. We do not refund or exchange because a customer may not care for a product’s color, texture or perceived performance on the individual. These are not faults.***
