Q: Can I order other products with my subscription box?

A: Yes you can but be aware that you will have to wait for your other products to be shipped until the subscription box ships. We do not ship partial orders.

Q: Will there be a wait list when you sell out?

A: Currently there’s no wait list when we sell out of subscription boxes but we will announce when more subscription boxes are available.

Q: Will there be sneak peeks of what will be in the subscription boxes?

A: Yes, we will have sneak peeks.

Q: Can I customize my subscription box?

A: No our boxes are not customizable!

Q: Will you customize according to complexion?

A: Any products involving color matching to skin tone will not be included in boxes and will launch in months that subscription boxes are not available.

Q: What if I don’t like what I receive in my subscription box?

A: Our Night Owls Page on Facebook will become the trading and selling headquarters beginning August. Any trades or a product sold HANK & HENRY BEAUTY is not held responsible for damages or loss.

Q: What options can I choose from for the subscription box?

A: We have three options to choose from:

Our Bi-Monthly Subscription Box which is $37 + Sales Tax (CA Residents) + shipping, every two months.

Our 6 Months Subscription Box which is a total of $108 + Sales Tax (CA Residents) + shipping, upfront you wouldn’t have to worry to pay again until the 6 months are over.

Our Annual Subscription Box which is $204 + Sales Tax (CA Residents) + shipping, upfront you wouldn’t have to worry to pay again until the year is over.

Q: How much is shipping?

A: Domestic shipping is a flat rate of $7.99 and International shipping is a flat rate of $13.99

Q: Will my subscription automatically renew?

A: Yes until you choose to cancel or stop it.

Q: When will I be billed for my subscription box?

A: You will be billed on the day that you subscribed, it does take 24-48 hours for your payment to be authorized through our system and another 24-48 hours to process through your bank account. You can also go to your account and change the date you want to be billed.

Q: When will my subscription box ship?

A: Each box will ship every other month starting July 1st, 2019.

Q: Will each subscription box be the same?

A: The first two boxes (The July Box and September Box) will include a variation of products, some of which will include new collections. For the following boxes everything will be the same and will be new collections. YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE DUPLICATE ITEMS.

Q: If I choose the Bi-Monthly option will my subscription box be different to the other options?

A: No all boxes are of the same value of $130+.

Q: Can I use After Pay?

A: No you cannot, After Pay does not support subscription services.

Q: Can I pay with my PayPal?

A: At this time our checkout will only accept debit card, mastercard, discover, and visa card data.

Q: How can I make changes to my Bi-Monthly subscription box?

A: Go to our hankandhenry.com website, login and go to the page where you can check your orders. On this page you will see right on top of your address a link to manage subscriptions. Click on the link and on this page you can make the changes you’d like. Such as stopping your subscription if you picked the Bi-Monthly option or upgrading.

Q: If I change my mind and want to cancel can I get a refund?

A: On each of our subscription box options you will see on the DESCRIPTION that all subscriptions are NON-REFUNDABLE. You can cancel for the next box if you chose the Bi-monthly option. But if you chose the 6 Months or Annual there are no cancellations or refunds.

Q: Can I use my reward points or codes to purchase the subscription box?

A: We do not allow any points or codes to be used on our subscription boxes.

Q: What will be in the subscription boxes?

A: Henry wasn’t focused on how many items to put in each box but he was focused on the quality of each product that will be in each box. Our boxes will be a variation of products.

Q: Will subscribers be first to receive new products before they are launched to the public?

A: Yes! Our subscribers will receive our newest products before they launch to the general public.

Q: Will I be able trade/sell items I don’t like?

Q: What if I receive a damaged item in my subscription box?

A: You will need to submit images of the damages the moment you receive your subscription box. In the event that we do not have that item in stock we will replace it with an item of equal or greater value.
