Take a breath...

Well I hope you are all having a wonderful Friday. I think I am not alone when I say that we are living in scary times. One thing I talk a lot about is building community. It's important to have those spaces where you can feel safe and heard, now more than ever. Even though Im on a much needed vacation I feel weird not being on LIVE bc you all have become like a community for me, and I hope that you you feel the same about me. 

With that being said do not forget to breathe. It can feel quite overwhelming to see everything going on in the world and in our country. Allow yourself to feel whatever it is you are feeling and know that you're not alone. Once I get back to Houston on the 12th Im super excited to start this new journey I am going to bo going on, but I am even more excited to get back on LIVE to get weird with you all. 

I promised myself that I would spend this year getting back to more of my artsy side with painting, floral decoration, makeup, & of course, fun packing LIVES! We all need those outlets! So let's all take a breath, get a little weird, and have a wonderful weekend!
